With Congress in a deadlock on Coronavirus Stimulus, Donald Trump has signed four executive orders. These executive orders defer payroll taxes, defer student loan payments, fund continued unemployment insurance supplements, and continue something that is occasionally described as an eviction moratorium, although it is not that comprehensive. Here is exactly how it accomplishes those goals without congress.
